Chef Hodgson of Dim & Dem Sum notariety, will present a prix-fixe menu in the first ever pop up restaurant in the great city of Cleveland. Chris, recently a finalist on America's Great Food Truck Race (and possible winner, fingers crossed) will finally have his very own stationary dining room in the CLE.
